Nicole Feagin is co-owner of Reflective Minds Mental Health with locations in both Westport and Fairfield, CT. She takes great pride in helping her patients obtain wellness in their lives; she utilizes empathy, compassion, and an individualized approach in conjunction with evidence-based psychiatric and integrative medication modalities as well as psychotherapy to assist patients in getting to where they’d like to be and maximizing their joy. Nicole is a board-certified psychiatric physician assistant (PA-C) specializing in treating mood, anxiety, psychosis, and attentional disorders in adolescents and adults. She completed her undergraduate education at Boston University with a B.A. in Psychology. She furthered her education at Mercy University where she was awarded both the Director’s Excellence Award and the Excellence in Fellowship Award as she obtained a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. In 2019, Nicole received her CAQ designating her as a physician assistant with specialty in psychiatry. Nicole has a wide variety of experience, having practiced psychiatry since 2015 in psychiatric settings including acute inpatient (Stamford Hospital and Greater Bridgeport) and outpatient settings treating adolescent and adult populations. Nicole maintains privileges at Stamford Hospital and continues to mentor and supervise physician assistant students enrolled in local university PA programs.
